How to Clean Stainless Steel Gym Bar

Cleaning the Stainless Steel Barbell, includes two sections:

1. Shaft: NEVER use iron brush or other metal scrubs, or abrasive powders or brass cleaners, basic the finger print would be removed by alcohol and organic solvent, and then wash them off by warm water, soft cloth or mild detergent would be great.

Then flush with hot water, dry with soft cloth (a fast-dry micro fiber cloth would do), or even drip to dry.

2. Sleeve: you would need to disassemble the sleeve from the barbell first:

• Snap ring
• End cap
• Washer
• Semi circle washer
• Washer

Wipe the surface and inner sleeve, and apply some lubricant oil or grease.
