Women’s Olympic bar is similar to men’s Olympic bar, but there are mainly three differences between them. First, the women’s bar is shorter – 2.01 meters (6.6 feet); Second, women barbell is lighter – 15 kg (33 lbs); Third, the diameter of the women’s Olympic barbell grip is smaller – 25 mm (0.98 inches). In addition, in contrast to men’s bars, women’s bars do not have central knurling.

Specially, the shaft of this women bar comes from advanced spring steel with nano surface, making it durable, and looks pretty awesome. As regard to the color, there are many colors are available, such as Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Black, and so on.
